Disconnecting and Connecting Solution


Solution for this problem: The Following solution will help. if not solved,Email us for new one or refund.

Solution 1: Change the USB Port and test it.

Solutoin2:  Setting the wifi adapter work in 5g only.

2.Click "Network Connections"


3.Click "change adapter options"

4.Right-click on the "Realtek 8812BU


NOTE:Please click “statues” and check network speed.



If the speed is 866Mbps, it’s connected to 5G network. If the speed is 300 or 144Mbps, it’s connected to 2.4G network.

5.Click  "properties"


6.Click  "Configure"

7.Click " Advanced"

8.click " wireless mode"

9.Select "Value": IEEE802.11a/n/ac (this means 5G only).

(Auto:means the windows choose 2g or 5g by siginal itself)

Solution 3:Updated the driver to new version


You can update the driver.
