FAQ
Sometimes people may wonder why their speed is so slow, and maybe it is not even what they were expecting.
Don't worry! It is a really easy fix!
1) make sure your wifi adapter and your silver usb driver (the one that came together in a small plastic bag with a red note on it) are completely plugged into the port.
2) right click on the windows/start icon and find "Network Connections"
3) Type in "View network connections" in the search bar.
4) Find Wi-Fi 2, and you will see
AX1800: "Nineplus Wi-Fi 6/6E Wireless USB LAN Card"
5) Right click on that and hit "Status"
6) Check the speed:
Speed Under 400Mbps =2.4Ghz (Slow Speed) 400Mbps-866Mbps=5.8Ghz (Good Speed)
If it is 400Mbps-866Mbps (5.8Ghz) already, try a different USB port (make sure it is USB 3.0)
If you don't know if yours is already USB 3.0 or if it is USB 2.0, go to:

If it is below 400Mbps, we will have to change it from 2.4 Ghz to 5.8 Ghz,
